Terms & Conditions for application

1. Please read the related terms carefully before downloading, installing or using the applications. The downloader, installer or user of this app can be an Intelligible Indian citizen, agency or organization and these users will accept and agree to the terms of use of this app. Terms of use will be applicable from the downloaded time.


2. If the user does not agree to these terms, he / she should immediately stop the download or use of the application.


3. There is no provision of any other device as well as equipment for the use of the applications. But for this app to be used the user needs an Internet connection and necessary equipments. We are not responsible or liable for any necessary equipments or extra costs required.


4. Registered user gets the initial version free for 15 days after successful registration as per our requirement.


5. Registered users before downloading the app will have to pay 15 days after the download of pre-selling articles or in advance. These registration fees in app, members can be paid through this option, membership fee in the profile settings.


6. During free registration period, the user can use unlimited service for personal interest, personal purpose.


7. The information in the application is the intellectual property of the Amicus Institute and its ownership rights. The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, claim or resell any portion of this app or any part thereof.


8. The quality and availability of application can be affected by the use of the Internet and other factors outside the control of the Amicus.


9. The user understands and agrees that for certain reasons the Amicus is not responsible for damage due to computer virus, loss due to delay / failure in the network.


10. We assure that we will bring our expertise while making available our product to the users. If we want to maintain the app or in future if we face such untimely conditions occur then, we can promise to make the app available as soon as possible. However, we will not responsible for any unavailability of app for any reason at any time.


11. All the content of this application, information is taken from different sources and collections. Even though we make sure that the information on the app is correct, it does not guarantee that information is accurate and appropriate for use with a particular purpose.


12. User A) Can store any information or app other than its own mobile phone. The service of this application is not available on two mobile phones or on the same person in two different mobile phones. B) Can create any information using this service's directive. C) In no way this service is split up with the other person (with its own organization). 1) No part of the service can be re-established or expanded. 2) Can follow, duplicate, modify, merge, transfer or rebuild any service.


13. Any issues or problems arising from the future of both the parties should be resolved by compromising the provisions of the Act of 1996. Arbitration for any statutory amendment in this regard will be run in the Court Hall of Gadhinglaj (District Kolhapur). This agreement will be operated in accordance with Indian law. If there is any dispute, then it will be run only in Gadhinglaj court.
